Looking to get your concealed carry permit in the Teller County? Sheepdog Firearms Training conducts concealed carry permit classses regularly in Woodland Park and Cripple Creek taught by an NRA-certified Instructors.  These classes meet all the requirements for applying or your concealed carry permit in the state of Colorado.

Check the schedule on the right for a list of upcoming Concealed Carry Permit classes in the Woodland Park, Divide or Cripple Creek.  Each class is designed around NRA course curriculums.  These concealed carry permit classes are open to all those who are elgibible to apply for a concealed carry permit in the state of Colorado.

What do i need to know before I come to class?

​

1.  Class length is 3.5-4 hours - Attendance for the entire concealed carry permit class is required to receive your concealed carry permit instruction certificate.

​

2.  No firearms are allowed in the classroom.  Please - leave your firearms at home.  We will be conducting the class using dummy firearms.  No live fire training is part of this concealed carry firearms class.  Individual training is available from an NRA-certified instructor.

3.  Know the 3 rules of safe gun handling:

​

ALWAYS keep the gun pointed in a safe direction.

​

ALWAYS keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.

​

ALWAYS keep the gun unloaded until ready to use.

​

​

Refer to the list on the right of upcoming concealed carry permit classes in Teller County  Then select any date to register. Concealed carry permit classes are limited in size, so make sure you register early to save your spot.  There are no refunds, but you can reschedule, or transfer to another person without penalty.
